It was a meal prep and pantry/freezer restock kind of rainy arvo for us today.

⭐️Protein Pancakes
⭐️Peanut Butter
⭐️Choc Banana Muffins
⭐️Beef Goulash
⭐️Cheese and Veggie Muffins

This is breaky and lunch for me and the hubby done for the week plus two weeks of snacks with the veggies muffins.

With the kids muffins 🤞 this can see us through til the end of term.

Who doesn’t love being able to still serve a quick and super nutritious meal even when you finish work late on a Friday night 🤦‍♀️

I made this even quicker by using both machines- chicken and sauce in one, rice and veggies in the other.

This is another fav meal for our family but to make it even better with the macros, I sub the cream for Chobani light Greek yoghurt. Extra protein 💪 and lower in fats 🙌 Plus with such a generous serving, we get two nights dinners out of it.
