Plan2BFIT We provide a 6 month weight loss workshop, a weekly walking club, exercise tips, cooking classes, all to promote weight loss and healthy eating.

plan2BFIT is a 6 month weight loss and healthy living workshop. We meet online with a group of 10 individuals and determine their individual weight loss needs, then as a group we focus on making that happen. We have developed a workshop that places emphasis on exercise, healthy eating, and personal focus, to provide you solutions for a healthier you. Make a change in your life, and let plan2BFIT be it!
