I used to tell myself, “I’ll work out when I have time.” Spoiler: I never had time.

The truth? You’ll never find time—you have to make it.

Did you crush it today? I did! I'm not boasting; I'm just proud.

I used to wake up exhausted and rush out the door to work, come home, fall asleep in my work clothes, wake up suddenly in a panic like I missed the bus circa 1995, go stuff myself with fast food, come home and work until midnight, then waste time watching trash TV.

As a healthy person, things look a little different...
Today, I woke up naturally, had a slow morning complete with a savory breakfast, made time to volunteer, ran 4.5 miles before it started raining, worked when I got home, lead a live back & biceps workout for my Lift & Be Uplifted Subscribers, and now I'm getting ready to enjoy a home-cooked meal and head to bed at a decent time.

Getting rid of stress, nourishing myself, moving my body, sleeping, and genuinely helping others live a better life has made me so productive.

If you're thinking about making BIG CHANGES in your life, my advice is this: DO IT. Is it scary? Sure but if your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough. Is it hard? No, it's only unfamiliar and you'll learn and grow. Will you fail? Honestly, you might but that's when you learn the lessons and do better next time.

What a blessing it is to be able to move your body.

Friends,

I had this thought today: so many of us forget what a gift it truly is. We sit for hours, we let our strength fade, we ignore the cues our body is whispering. We forget that movement is not a burden—it’s an opportunity.

There are people who would give anything to move the way we can. People missing limbs who still find ways to honor the bodies God gave them. They wheel themselves across finish lines. They fight for every inch of progress. They use their blessing, even when it’s hard.

And yet so many of us waste ours.

Your body is not something to punish. It’s something to honor. Something to challenge so it gets stronger. Something to move so it stays mobile. Something to care for now so life becomes easier later.

Do me a favor: take a moment to appreciate the blessing you’ve been given. And then do something—no matter how small—to honor it.

It's Sunday again and that means it's the perfect day to focus on what you've been meaning to accomplish. No matter how big or how small, you can't just *think* about your goals - you have to PLAN for them.

If you know me, you know I 100% believe in the mindset that "IF IT'S IN THE SCHEDULE, IT HAS TO BE DONE" so let's get in the schedule, friends! I promise you it's the first step in gaining some personal accountability - plus, no one ever writes a plan to fail 💯
