🍗 The one on the left is 3586 calories
🍗 The one on the right is 1758 calories

Here’s how you do it:

✅ Replace your avocado dip (1200cals) with tatziki dip (210cals) - this removes almost 1,000 calories! Great call 🙌🏻

✅ Replace your salami (344cals) with pastrami (98cals) - this removes 246cals

✅ Replace your olives in oil (234cals) with Olives in water (140cals) - this removes 96cals

✅ Replace your Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil (265cals) with Baby Cucumbers in water (75cals) - this removes 190cals

✅ Replace your Coconut & Cranberry Crispbread (696cals) and Date & Apricot Crackers (427cals) with Brown Rice Crackers (415cals) and Wafer Crackers (400cals)- this removes 308cals
