✏️Staff Lounge Restock Alert📚

Our teachers work tirelessly to provide the best education for our children. To show our appreciation, the PTO is organizing a snack drive to keep the teachers’ lounge stocked with delicious treats. Your generous donations will help keep our teachers energized and motivated throughout the day.
We are looking for donations of:
- Healthy snacks (granola bars, dried fruit)
- Sweet treats (cookies, chocolates, candies)
- Beverages (coffee K cups, tea, canned drinks)
- Individually packaged snacks work best

You can place an order off this wishlist to be delivered directly or drop off coffee and snacks to the front entryway during the day. Thank you!

Special shout out to our PE teacher Mr. Hartery for organizing this event! Some of the supplies and the bouncy house are sponsored by the Balch PTO, but he does the heavy lifting with planning and coordinating.

Tiffany Lamar passed away leaving behind three beautiful children and a family who loved her deeply. Two of her children are at the Balch.

In this time, we are coming together as a community to support Justin and the children. Whether it’s helping with financial support or simply showing them they are not alone, every gesture matters.
If you feel moved to help, here are a few ways you can support:
- Donate gift cards to be used for groceries, door dash or gas
- Donate financially by sending funds into the main office or via Venmo to Jennifer-Naughton-5 with a note of “Lamar Family”

Our own Mrs. Naughton is helping to coordinate with the family and has a connection that will continue through the summer.

Thank you, Balch Squad, for another successful fun run! These young Mustangs ran, skipped and danced their hearts out to cover the costs of next year’s field trips and had a blast while doing so! 💙💛

We raised over $7,300 to support Balch field trips with the Fun Run today and the kids a had ton of fun! Lots of pictures will be posted in the coming days.

We are excited to announce our annual Fun Run. The funds being raised will assist in providing transportation, covering the teacher and chaperone tickets, and capping the per-student cost for all field trips. The Balch School Hawaiian Luau will still take place tonight from 5:00-7:00 pm. Due to an earlier accident Washington Street is blocked from Short Street to St.George. Please come to school via Dean Street to Pond Street the onto St. George. The police will let you into the school parking lot for the event. Thank you!

Reminder!!! Luau is tonight! 5-7pm at the Balch.
There will be pizza, shaved ice, drinks and bake goods for sale. We also have 2 special guests - one of our Balch staff is preparing Puerto Rican Piña Colada samples - non-alcoholic of course! And AFC Urgent care will also have a table to give away some swag and information.
