I made it for a special client of mine who loves taking vigorous, daily walks.

She wants to maintain her strength, balance and mobility so she can keep going. And keep up with the new grand-baby!

This video is simple, but challenging. Great for anyone who wants a standing-only exercise routine (with the optional help of a chair for balance). I love doing it myself.
