The smile design prepared for our dear patient Tiffany began with a carefully planned approach that combines aesthetics and health. Tiffany chose the “OM2 Color Monolithic Zirconium Crown & Natural Style Design,” which offers a bright yet natural appearance.

As part of this special smile design, a total of 24 monolithic zirconia crowns 12 for the upper jaw and 12 for the lower were applied. Thanks to its solid structure, monolithic zirconia provides high durability and is produced using CAD/CAM technology. Our dear patient Artur chose "OM1 Color Monolithic Zirconium & Natural Style Design" for a radiant white smile with natural contours.

The first step of this comprehensive transformation was gum health, which forms the basis of smile aesthetics. To achieve a more balanced gum line and ensure the crowns would integrate seamlessly with the teeth, gingivectomy (gum contouring) was performed on 4 teeth. This preparatory stage strengthened the aesthetic foundation for the final result.

Our dear patient chose an "OM3 Color Zirconium Crown & Natural Style Design" for a special smile transformation that combines aesthetics with natural beauty.

As part of the treatment, a total of 24 zirconium crowns were applied to both the upper and lower jaws. The OM3 shade selected by Jordan gave the teeth a warm yet natural appearance, while the Natural Style Design provided a balanced, elegant look harmonizing perfectly with facial features.

Our dear patient Josef Gassner began a comprehensive treatment journey at Attelia to improve his oral health and achieve an aesthetically pleasing smile.

During his first visit, all procedures were performed under general anesthesia at his request. This allowed Josef to comfortably undergo extensive treatments while ensuring every step of the process was carried out in a controlled and comfortable manner. The treatment plan included precise implant placement and a temporary prosthetic phase. At this stage, temporary PMMA crowns supported by a metal frame were applied, providing both a visually pleasing appearance and structural support throughout the healing process.

In the second visit, a total of 24 zirconium crowns were placed, supported by a titanium frame, resulting in a fixed, durable, and highly aesthetic structure. Additionally, masseter botox was administered to help relax the jaw muscles and provide functional comfort.

During her first visit, we began with several surgical procedures to build a strong foundation for treatment. To increase bone volume and prepare for implant placement, a series of advanced interventions were performed with precision, including open sinus lifting, bone grafting, membrane application, and bone reshaping.

On her second visit, the smile design was completed, and 12 permanent zirconium crowns were placed on both the upper and lower jaws over the multi-implants.
