Yesterday we celebrated a very special milestone at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford - the 80th birthday of our much-loved physiotherapist, Tony Lenaghan 🎉

For over 15 years, Tony has been a constant presence, bringing not only clinical expertise but lived experience, resilience and humour to every patient he supports. From undergoing his own surgeries here at Ilford to inspiring colleagues and patients alike, he truly embodies strength, dedication and heart.

A proud Scotsman, and devoted Spurs supporter⚽, Tony continues to show us that resilience is about persistence, positivity and never standing still.

It’s been a year since we launched our post-surgery s*x guide and it’s still proving popular! 🎉
We launched the guide last Valentine’s Day on our website and in national media, it even made it onto Lorraine thanks to Dr Hilary Jones.📺❤️

Supporting our Jamaican community after Hurricane Melissa.🌪️💜

Our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford rallied together to support families in Jamaica affected by Hurricane Melissa. Led by nurses Monique Willis and Nicole Chambers, and ward assistant Marlon Willis, staff and local community members donated essential items and raised funds to help those in need.
