This year, I’m not setting New Year’s resolutions.

Most resolutions are built on pressure—and pressure leads to burnout, not lasting change.

Instead, I’m choosing a North Star.

A guiding principle I can return to again and again.
A question my body can answer honestly:
Does this give me energy or drain it?
Does this feel aligned with who I’m becoming?

Sustainable change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be different.
It comes from alignment.

Sleep isn’t always about hormones.
Sometimes it’s about calming the nervous system.

Last night I shared two gentle sleep tools I use and recommend:
