๐น Memories, traumas and unprocessed emotions.
๐น Nervous system patterns (neural loops) related to childhood traumas, beliefs, fears and habituated behaviors of thinking, feeling and willing (action).
๐น Structured water, which is a conduit of electricity and energy in the body. Some people believe it is the structured water that houses human consciousness.
๐น Physical traumas, scar tissue and injury histories.
๐น Nerve receptors related to: our ability to move with a high degree of sensory awareness (proprioception); our ability to know what is us vs not us, which is critical for isolating true invaders of the body vs our own cells (interoception and exteroception); gut wisdom, intution and a sense of inner knowing (vagus nerve and the gut-brain axis).
๐น Our primary protection mechanisms when we feel threatened, which triggers a cascade of thoughts, emotions and behaviors that, left unconscious, dictate our lives at the level of survival biology.
๐น Our most deeply rooted fears and core values (which are sometimes obscured from even the most self-aware people).
๐น The "pretend" self, otherwise known as the ego, sometimes called the lower self. This is the version of our personality that we deploy in nearly every life situation to protect our true identity from harm. This is when we evolve beyond survival biology, and there is the very real opportunity to learn how to direct your own physiology with your consciousness (like consciously directing blood flow, regulating your nervous system, slowing your heart rate etc).
๐น And of course: fascia, muscles, bones, organs and everything we need physically (materially) to thrive in this physical world: healthy tendons and ligaments, healthy bones, joints, muscles and nerves.
