For over 40 years, HemaCare Donor Center has worked with our valued donors to support advances in medical research.

We welcome donors from various backgrounds and hope to develop a lasting relationship with each and every donor. For more than 40 years, HemaCare Donor Center has supported the advancement of science by providing human blood cells for biomedical research and drug discovery. Our donors who contribute their blood products are vital partners in this critical research. We work to create enduring relationships with our donors, enabling us to supply researchers around the world with the cellular materials needed to develop next-generation therapies. In early 2020, we aligned our donor sites in the Los Angeles, Memphis and Boston areas under our parent company, Charles River Laboratories.
