What started as a lunchtime workout, turned into competitive battle rounds of burpees, planks, wall-sits and more. 😅💪

Both teams absolutely smashed it, equal parts competition and laughs.

ABS is heading to Rockstar Energy presents 2025! 💥🎉

We’re proud to announce that we’ll be managing a brand new on-site gym at this year’s festival - bringing the pump before the party. 💪

Whether you're warming up for the party or recovering the morning after, we've got a suitable line up of classes, workouts and runs.

In partnership with .uk the gym will be located in the amazing new 'Downtown Village' of the festival ground, alongside other incredible amenities such as a spa, food outlets, mini golf and football.
