Its been so long since I've posted on social media,.. Whewww! I have not created time to post and have been committed to supporting my clients and addressing my own mental health instead. However, today reminds me of how big the task of breaking the stigma of mental health is. This is a daily endeavor and I implore you to step back and redefine what self care is and what mental health is for you especially when we are living in an environment of multiple emotional stressors. You are important and support is available! 💜
