🍏ABOUT AN APPLE DAY:🍏 experiencing a WEIGHT PLATEAU ( fluid buildup) may occur and is quite normal.
⛔️YOUR MENTOR MUST BE CONSULTED BEFORE DOING AN APPLE DAY⛔️
If you have the same weight on the scales 3-4 days you are just holding fluid. Around your monthly cycle women can hold fluid also.
🍏What is an apple day:
Still take your nutrition and eat only 6 green unwaxed apples with skin on for the day AND only one litre of water.
NO FOOD for this ONE day only. After a few days you will notice your weight coming down on the scales again.
The apple pectin helps with fluid retention and weight loss.
*please confirm with you mentor before going ahead with an apple day.
