Tuesdays: All-day Happy Hour!
$25 Community Room sessions

Thursdays: 1 hour Private Room sessions $40 all day (regularly $60)
*discount will be applied at time of appointment*

Saturdays: Plunge with a pal 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼 Bring a friend for $15

Kids under 18: $20 summer rate ☀️
(Must call 250-309-6279 to book into Family Time and must be accompanied by an adult)

Please note: if minors are booked into regular time slots, it is possible that plunge access will not be available.

Enjoy $15 classes OR pair your movement class with a sauna/soak after, package options available.

Movement + Soak Packages to support your wellness routine:
🌿 Intro Reset – 1 Movement Class + 1 Community Room Session → $45 (save $10)
🌿 Mini Reset – 3 Movement Classes + 3 Community Room Sessions → $120 (save $45)
