Milo gives you energy. That is true.
But where does that energy actually come from? Not from the malt. Not from the vitamins. It comes from sugar.
A standard hawker Milo with condensed milk contains roughly 25 to 35 grams of sugar. Comparable to a can of soft drink.
Nobody tells their doctor they had a can of soft drink for breakfast.
This video covers what Milo actually does to your blood sugar — and what to drink instead.

High blood sugar works like a cavity — silently, without pain, until the nerve is exposed.

By the time you feel the damage, it has been building for years. Some recoverable. Some not.

And this is not only for diabetics. If your doctor said you are pre-diabetic — glycation has already started. Pre-diabetic does not mean pre-danger.

My own uncle followed all the standard advice. Never missed a dose. He still lost his kidneys, his legs, and his life.

There are two kinds of pain. Starting — that weighs ounces. Looking back wishing you acted — that weighs tons.

Every doctor told Willie Yeo the same thing.
"You are a diabetic for life. It is not possible to change."

He was 83 years old. Diabetic for over 30 years. Taking 18 to 24 insulin jabs every single day.

Today — zero jabs. Fasting blood sugar at 6.3. Walking faster than his wife.

This video is his story. Watch it before you decide what is possible for you.

You have been eating less. The weight is still not moving.
This video explains why — and it has nothing to do with how much you eat.
When you are diabetic, insulin is chronically elevated. While insulin is high, your body is biologically locked in fat-storage mode. Eating less does not change that signal.
The free training on how to change the signal is in the first comment below — tap to access it now.

If your doctor put you on a statin for cholesterol — there is something on the official drug label that most diabetic patients have never been told.

It was added in 2012. It is about your blood sugar.

Your muscle cells have a transporter called GLUT4 — the door that pulls blood sugar out of your bloodstream into your muscles to be burned as energy.

Studies show statins reduce GLUT4 activity. Fewer doors. More sugar stays in your blood.

Statins also affect your pancreatic beta cells — the cells that produce insulin. Weaker insulin signal on top of reduced GLUT4.

A review in The Lancet — ninety thousand patients, thirteen trials — found a nine percent higher risk of developing diabetes in statin users. Higher-dose statins showed the strongest effect.

So if you are eating carefully, taking your medication, and your HbA1c is still not moving — this may be part of what you are fighting.

Full explanation in the video above. The free training on what to do about it is in the first comment below.

Pop quiz: Is dairy good or bad for diabetics? 🥛🤔

Most of us grew up believing milk is a "health food" essential for strong bones. But if you’re managing insulin resistance, that glass of milk might be the very thing keeping your levels high.

Today, we’re busting the 3 biggest myths about dairy and why it’s time to rethink that "healthy" habit.

Your doctor recommended Glucerna because you are diabetic.

Here is the question nobody asks: are you using it the way it was actually designed to work?

Glucerna does work — the casein protein and slow-release carbs genuinely lower the blood sugar response. The science is real.

But one serving still contains 24g of carbohydrates. And most people are drinking it as a health supplement on top of their meals — not instead of a bad one.

That is not using a medical tool. That is just drinking a fancier version of Milo.

Full breakdown of how to use it correctly — and whether you need it at all — in the video above.

Pop quiz: lactose-free milk will not spike your blood sugar. True or false?

The answer is False.

Lactose-free milk still has the same sugar — just pre-digested. It enters your blood faster, not slower.

And the whey protein in all dairy spikes insulin independently of the sugar. Dairy scores around 90 on the insulin index — higher than white bread. This applies to full-cream, low-fat, and lactose-free alike.

The honest advice: avoid dairy altogether.

Not sure what to drink instead? Ask in the comments — I answer personally.

(Next video Tuesday: if dairy is such a problem for insulin, why do doctors prescribe Glucerna to diabetics?)

DOES DIAMICRON ACTUALLY PROTECTS YOUR KIDNEYS?

If you’re taking Diamicron , Gliclazide), Glipizide, your doctor likely told you it's to protect your kidneys.

They aren't wrong—clinical studies like the ADVANCE trial show these meds can significantly reduce kidney damage.

BUT... there is a massive trade-off that most patients are never told about.

In today's video, I’m breaking down:
✅ The science behind how Diamicron "protects" your organs.
✅ Why this medication is like "whipping a tired horse."
✅ The difference between managing a number and fixing the root cause.

Your kidneys deserve protection, but your pancreas deserves a break. Learn how to address the insulin resistance that started it all.

If your doctor added Forxiga or Jardiance to your medication — here is what it is actually doing inside your body.

And if you have been getting recurring UTIs or infections since you started — that is not a coincidence. That is the mechanism.

Your medication is not fixing your blood sugar. It is throwing it away.

The insulin resistance underneath is still there. Still progressing. The number looks controlled. The root cause is not.
