Whew!!! What a great 4 weeks!!! Wow!! Tiny changes made = big pay off!

Time for push 30– Orangetheory Fitness Lakewood Ranch making sure we have all we need for this challenge!
And choices were made—changes were as well—positive nutrition choices, spending 10 min every am outside, made efforts for recovery with bringing my roller to the studio and making sure my post recovery drink was with me after each workout. And finally GRATITUDE:: I made sure i made time for their time and effort for making and encourage me to do and be better—my OTF orangies group, my coaches, and my immediate family—looking forward to seeing how others at my studio did with their studio!

Kids Summer Run Series – Now at Two Locations!
Registration is officially open as of May 1st for the Kids Summer Run Series, proudly presented by Southern Oxygen & Welding Supply — with two locations to choose from!

Join us for four weeks of one-mile fun runs this June:

Wellen Park – Tuesdays
June 3, 10, 17, and a final color fun run on June 24
6:00–7:00 PM

South County Park – Thursdays
June 5, 12, 19, and a final color fun run on June 26
6:00–7:00 PM

Open to kids ages 1–16.

Registration is $20 per child and includes:
All four runs
An official race t-shirt
A new surprise summer swag item each week
