Offering a nutrition and healthy lifestyle cleanse and reset circle for the new year. An opportunity to get supported in shifting our diets to reach our individual and collective health goals. It’s a five-week online program, where participants are guided by an experienced coach. Each person can tailor their cleanse to focus on their specific needs and health goals. When done in a group circle it can make the experience much more enjoyable and meaningful. The coach will address each persons unique health concerns. The detox menu will concentrate on mineral soups, herbal teas, and cleansing herbs. This cleanse program is designed unlike starvation diets, to instead offering nourishing meals that eliminate toxins in healthy manner. While providing nourishing, while, nutrient-dense foods to keep you satisfied and energized through the cleanse. And we will end the detox transitioning to a healthy long term lifestyle. Each participant will get the opportunity to attend weekly online meetings and receive dozens of specialized recipes. The cleanse is being planned as we pass Winter Solstice, and head out of Winter in preparation for Spring. To begin the 2nd weekend in January.
