I traveled to Merritt to watch my nôsisim Thorin play in a hockey tournament. Thankful to the Grizzlies for inviting Thorin to participate in the Nicola Valley Junior Native Hockey Tournament. The Grizzlies won the Gold medal, I am very proud of Thorin and his teammates. It was a fantastic hockey tournament. #44

I feel honored to have the opportunity to provide support to your nation members. I had a wonderful time at the health fair. The organization was commendable. I am always enthusiastic about going to do my work. However, when I have the opportunity to visit new communities, I am absolutely thrilled. Tomorrow i get to venture to Fort Nelson First Nation! I have been invited to share energy work during their Health Fair. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

Resting up after a wonderful day at IAAW - Institute for the Advancement of Aboriginal Women Esquao. I met 8 incredible women. We laughed, we cried, we shared sacred space. I am blessed. Thank you Shayla for the invitation to present. The food was amazing, just an all around great day!
