An entrepreneur who has had experience working in upscale venues like the Providence Country Club, Rod designed this locally owned company to provide clients the kind of customized, goal-oriented service that keeps him excited about his chosen profession. After deciding to focus on sports, medical, and wellness massage therapies, Rod has spent more than 20 years gaining insight into how the human anatomy operates. As a result, he approaches each client as a new muscle puzzle to solve, based on their unique physiology, challenges, and goals. You shouldn’t have to leave your home to get the best massage you’ve ever had!

How people treat you is never a personal attack on you, it's a reflection of what's happening inside of them.

When someone treats you badly, understand that this is their perception. You can never change another person.

You can however understand that you deserve better, wish them well, and walk away.

This does not mean be a door mat. Speak your truth without anger, but then know that the only change that will matter is their changed behavior, not the apology they may offer you.
