When I first met , I loved her instantly. She’s effortlessly cool (and doesn’t even know it), has style for days, and carries a deeply grounded energy that’s even more real than it seems. Spend time with her and you’ll always leave feeling better for it.

She sees the world with such generosity and curiosity—always asking, always imagining what’s possible. Even while solo parenting three little ones for long stretches, her energy for creativity and connection never runs out.

I was lucky enough to live down the street from Alli for a year. Within weeks, we started a thread that continues today—one that wove her art and branding magic perfectly into the vision I was dreaming for my practice.

Over the last six months, we’ve really dug in. Alli asked the right questions, helped me dream into what this new chapter could look and feel like, and followed me patiently down every winding road to get here.

Another solar return. This past year has been so very full—of love and friendship, of grief and heartache, of joy, adventure, and deep reflection. Living on this island has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and I carry gratitude for it every single day. Beginning each morning with a solo ocean swim has been among the sweetest gifts I’ve ever known.

In such a short time, I’ve been surrounded by the most incredible circle of women—badass, wise, generous souls. It’s an honor to walk this path alongside you.

As I step into this next lap around the sun, I do so with a full cup and with intention: to be gentler with myself, to lean even more into gratitude, and to keep my heart open. I’m also brimming with excitement to begin my new practice and step fully back into my provider role. I can’t wait to grow, create, and cultivate with you all.
