We are about to start our 90-day intermittent fasting challenge and I am super excited to share this journey with you all. ⁣

🥗Intermittent fasting is a great way to improve your health, lose weight, and feel more energized. 🙌 ⁣

🥗 To make the most of this challenge, we will be following a low carb meal plan and drinking more water. ⁣

🥗Low carb foods will help us keep our blood sugar stable and reduce cravings. ⁣

🥗 Water will keep us hydrated and flush out toxins. 💦 ⁣

🥗 We will also be doing some moderate intensity exercises, such as walking, dancing, or anything that makes you happy and gets your heart rate up. ⁣

🥗 Exercise will boost our metabolism, mood, and immunity. 💃⁣

🥗Let's get ready to rock this challenge and see amazing results. ⁣

Happy New Year Beautiful people🌸⁣

I feel that everythig we do in 2024 should be called 'The Art of Doing More'⁣!👸🏽

I’ve been reflecting on 2023 and that led me to look at all the years from just before the pandemic till now.⁣
The changes in lifestyle habits and situation are so significant, that one can categorize the period as BP, DP and AP lol! ⁣

For instance I love to go to museums, travel, and meet people for lunch, I'm a Foodie🤦🏾‍♀️⁣

But the pandemic kind of made it impossible to be with people at a time, so we all got used to being more in our own company and it suddenly became the norm to be alone, so much so that I find it hard to go out these days!! ⁣
How did we get here??? ⁣

Well people are creatutes of habit and as they say, once you do a thing for 90 days, it very likely becomes your habit o!⁣

Last year, I was off Social Media , which is surprising for me because I love doing 'Live video', another thing I stopped for no apparent reason!⁣

Anyway all this my rambling, is just to say that, I’ve decided to dedicate 2024 as the year to do more! ⁣

I'm embarking on a journey, and 2024 will be the year I embrace: The Art of Doing 'More'! 👸🏽⁣

'So, What if I did more of everything?⁣

⁣Life is an endless canvas, and it's up to us to paint it with vibrant strokes of 'More.' 🎨⁣

Lets make sure in our own ways that 2024 is not just another year; it should be our canvas to create something beautiful. ⁣

Whether it's learning a new skill, boosting our business with savvy social media tactics, or simply being more present in our daily lives – it's all about ‘The art of doing 'More.' ⁣

Walk with me on this Journey as we unfold this art , with tips, inspiring stories, and real-life transformations, lets share our wins and even our losses as we make something beautiful of this life we have in 2024. ⁣
