On Wednesday April 15th a group of wine 🍷 lovers from Trinity Oaks traveled to Dobson, NC to Shelton Vineyards for wine tasting, lunch at the Harvest Grill and of course...some relaxation! What a great afternoon!

In honor of National Gardening Month, the Rowan County 4-H Program joined some of our residents on Saturday and planted over 500 flowers in our fresh cut flower beds. Thank you to all who helped out on this beautiful day! When the flowers bloom, they will be cut and used throughout the Lodge and community. Residents can enjoy going out to the garden to clip flowers for their apartment or cottage. What a great way to give back to your community! Thanks again!

What an amazing Rowan County Chamber of Commerce Power in Partnership Breakfast with sponsor Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. We enjoyed guest speaker, Jeff Kuehn, Operational Supervisor and Flight Paramedic, with the Novant Health Airlink helicopter. At the end of the presentation, we all enjoyed watching the Novant Health Airlink Helicopter land in the field on the Trinity Oaks Campus! What a treat for all who attended along with the staff and residents of Trinity Oaks! Thanks so much to Novant for all that you do for our community and the greater community of Rowan County! 💜

We were thrilled to welcome Lutheran Services Carolinas CEO Ted Goins to campus yesterday for his annual Tour de LSC. Each year, Ted visits LSC locations to share updates and—most importantly—connect with teammates, residents, families, and community partners.

His full‑day visit included a breakfast with 3rd‑shift teammates and department heads, meetings with department heads, a Board of Advisors luncheon, hot dogs at Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab, a State of LSC all‑teammates meeting, and even joining residents for a meaningful HeART activity. 💙

LSC’s HeART program uses creative expression to build connection, encourage joy, and support emotional and spiritual well‑being through art‑based experiences.

Thank you, Ted, for showing up, listening, and leading with heart.
