Heal From Within uses Reiki (positive Life Force Energy) and supports the body's ability to heal itself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Creates Balance. Reiki (rey-key) is a Japanese word that describes a system of tapping into Universal Life Force. It is a form of holistic healing therapy that promotes the flow of energy and supports the body's natural ability to heal itself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Susan’s ongoing passion for health and healing has led her to Reiki. As a Reiki Master of Masters, she desires to share Reiki and educate as many people as possible in this tested form of healing. Susan believes that healing on all levels: physical, emotional and spiritual, start from within. Once you have faith in yourself, and your natural ability to heal and grow, you can achieve amazing results.

Here are some ways to find peace:

Practice mindfulness: You can try meditation, yoga, or listening to a guided meditation. You can also try the 4-7-8 breathing technique, which involves inhaling through your nose for a count of four, holding your breath for a count of seven, and then exhaling through your mouth for a count of eight.

Spend time in nature: Taking a walk or appreciating nature can help you find serenity.

Focus on the present: Try to live fully in the moment.

Forgive: Forgive yourself and others, and try to move on from the past.

Accept what you can't change: Focus on what you can change and let go of what you can't.

Take care of yourself: Eat well, get enough sleep, and stretch often.

Try something new: Taking up a new activity or doing things differently can be a pleasant surprise for your mind.

Listen to music: Find a playlist or album that brings you joy.

Journal: Keeping a journal can help you find peace of mind
