He graduated from Young Man Christian Academy (YMCA), New Delhi in 2014, after which he received several diplomas in various fields including Sports Nutrition from ISSA, Heath Coaching from American Council on Exercises, Post Rehab Conditioning from Medical Exercise Training Institute, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certified by Red Cross Society. He has also worked as a nutritionist with St. Stephens Hospital, which is one of the most recognized hospitals in Delhi. He is also the head dietician of Pukka, who will ensure that you stay fit, healthy, and happy. We, at Pukka, do not believe in conventional methods of ‘dieting’, rather we provide healthier, and flexible options (so, you won’t have to give up on your ghee, parathas, rice, idlis, dosas, etc!).
