BIA Force BIA Force is a boutique fitness and recovery studio. Our tri-element class combines biking, bands, and boxing, for a high-intensity, full-body workout.

Love when these ladies pop by the studio! Check out our event with SuperDry featuring the one and only Mia Kang 姜美兒 !!

We put our brand new gear to the test last night at the event with .FORCE & .kang. Y’all know we love this spot so we were excited to be a part of it!

This was our first time wearing and our final review is that we’re obsessed with the mix of function and comfort. The pieces were cute, breathable & super quick drying - a necessity for this 45 minute, high intensity workout (full review on our site!) - everything about this event made sweating x10 better. xx
