Been a long while since I've updated on the musings that took place in 2025 while in the studio in Sausalito this past year!

Finally --- we are so excited and grateful to announce that the Official Release of Our Meditation and Spoken Word Album on Liminality, Motherhood, and Life Transitions will be made public and available in 2026* Only a couple last tracks in Post Production now!

For those who aren't in the know -- September 2025 was a special time capsule in joy -- Recording a LIVE Channeled Meditation Album in collaboration with Emmy-Award winning Pianist and Composer Gary Malkin. An incredible artist known for his collaborations that blend music with emotional and spiritual intelligence, often focusing on wellness and social change. His most notable collaborations include:

Michael and Doris Stillwater: Co-creators of the critically acclaimed palliative care musical resource Graceful Passages: A Companion for Living and Dying and the Care for the Journey project.

Sarah McCrum: Collaborated on "Transformance" sessions (a blend of spoken word and music) and mindfulness-based attention cultivation videos for World Unity Week.

Lisa Rafel and David Surrenda, Ph.D.: Co-authors of the award-winning book/CD Safe in the Arms of Love.

Dr. Ken Druck: Collaborated on the album Healing Your Life After the Loss of a Loved One.

Bruce Cryer: Co-created the album Sonic Sanctuaries: Catalysts For An Inspired Life.

Clint G. Rogers, Ph.D.: Partnered to launch the "Wisdom of the World Wellness" global online community.

Hope Fitzgerald: Co-facilitated workshops like "Embracing Each Moment As if It’s Our Last".

Becky Suzik: Collaborated for 7 Days of Rest projects.

Other Projects: He has worked with filmmaker Foster Gamble on the Thrive documentary series, and with Don Campbell and Annette Ridenour through Aesthetic Audio Systems.
