I'm teaching the Ayurveda, Mindfulness & Pranayama module at Healium Restore, open to anyone! You can take it for credit towards 300-hour YTT or just for fun/learning/self-discovery. We kick things off on November 3rd!

If you want a deep dive into how you can personalize your meditation or breathwork or mindfulness practices, this module is for you! Ayurveda brings a personal touch and deep wisdom to connect you with the practices that are most balancing to you as a unique individual. Ayurveda says that you should do you, what's authentic and true. Yay for that, right?

Full disclosure, this has a looser consistency than a thick jam. I eat it right out of the jar but if not too impatient I'll stir in some warm water. My kids prefer it that way.

Expectant couples can learn helpful yoga postures and breathing techniques to prepare for labor and throughout the birthing experience. Improve communication and enhance connection to help prepare for the birthing and postpartum journey ahead.

No experience with yoga is required. Yoga props will be provided. Bring your own mat if you'd like.
