I want to add some answers to questions I have received on the nutrition group:
- we will be spending part of the program discussing vegetarian/vegan nutrition in relation to getting all the nutrients you need. This includes for recovery, training, and daily needs.
- we will be discussing training and recovery nutrition. This is not a topic we have covered in the past as this doesn't apply to everyone in the group, BUT I feel it is so useful for all and there are so many products and challenges to navigate that a group setting is a perfect way to learn.
- The weekly group discussions will be up for all at all times and I will answer questions daily as they come into the group, so you will see the information.
