As 'gathering swallows twitter in the sky' we will be gathering in this beautiful 'season of mists and mellow fruitfulness'. Poet John Keats would have loved the nature vibe at Ellasfield, I'm sure. We will be immersing ourselves in the seasons energy, allowing the gongs, the cacao and the sacred ceremony deepen our reflections, expand our awareness and open our hearts to all that is.
The morning session is nearly fully booked and there are some spaces left for the whole evening event.

I'm so happy to be bringing gong vibes to Ellasfield again on 23rd September. Would you like to honour the Autumn Equinox? I'm offering a morning gong bath at 11am. In the evening Kim and I will be combining her special offering of sacred cacao ceremony with my autumnal sonic frequencies. What a Summer Solstice celebration - one to remember. It was brimful of cacao, ceremony and connection. A gathering of friends old and new, all with the desire and intention to live life in a heart- led, conscious way. Gong sounds and nature producing a weaving of magickal soundscape bliss. Thank you to all the beautiful Souls who brought their whole selves to honour this special time of year. Thank you to Kim and Lee at Retreat at Ellasfield for such a wonderful venue, expert space holding and their warm welcome. And much gratitude for West Sussex, such natural abundance - it is very dear to me 💚💚 I hope to return very soon. X
