Jane Long Wellbeing I offer a natural approach to help women over 50 to feel radiant and be visible, vibrant & valuable. I'm Jane Long and I am a qualified Reflexologist. Jane x

My focus is to encourage my clients to reduce and manage their stress levels with Reflexology. My treatments will have a positive effect on your physical and emotional health as well as improving your energy and sleep. You will experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation. You will feel amazing! I also offer luxury holistic facials with hot towels and facial oils. They are the perfect treat for your or your loved ones. My treatment room in the village of East Dean is comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and attend regular reflexology and holistic therapist meetings in East Sussex. I also give talks about Reflexology to local groups. I have an holistic, professional, calm approach to my work and I am proud to treat a variety of clients. I look forward to meeting you.

How do we present ourselves at work — not just in our appearance, but in the energy we bring into the room?
The truth is, many of us carry stress on our faces without even realising it.

So often in the workplace, we focus on how we present ourselves. But what many don’t realise is that stress shows up on our faces long before we speak:

😬 Tight jaws during back-to-back calls
🤯 Furrowed brows from constant focus
😴 Heavy eyes from long hours
We carry this tension silently — day after day — until it becomes our “normal.”
But here’s the truth: Face Yoga isn’t just about aesthetics.
It’s about:
🌿 Reconnecting with your nervous system
🌿 Using the power of touch to regulate stress
🌿 Bringing vitality and calm back into your day
And yes, there’s another layer here too — the perception of age in the workplace. Our Story

I'm Jane Long and I am a Reflexologist. My focus is to enhance the wellbeing of my clients with a series of treatments. I work to reduce your symptoms of stress and anxiety, ease pain and make you look good on the outside as well as glow from within. My treatments are designed for you to feel calmer, lighter and brighter. If you want to press the RESET button and experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation with your physical and emotional health, then take some time out with Calm Therapy Reflexology.

I have a home clinic in Old Town, Eastbourne and a room at The Natural Fitness and Therapy Centre on the sea front. Both rooms are comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and FHT. I also give talks about wellbeing, Reflexology and how to feel good to local groups and businesses. I have an holistic, professional, calm approach to my work and I am proud to treat a variety of clients. I look forward to meeting you. Jane x
