It was great getting some good quality time with my son Trippy yesterday!

We hiked and trail ran to the top of Hanging Rock in Effigy Mounds, then stopped in Decorah on the way home for some cold therapy in the icy waters of Twin Springs!

We are missing 3 others in this picture from my 8 week Breathwork and Mindset class, but each of them were excellent students and individuals who helped me grow as an instructor!
