Who We Are!
We are a GIRLS ONLY fitness experience! We specialize in helping YOU find your best self through fun group fitness classes, challenging small group training, and personalized fitness coaching. We offer over 25 classes per week including Bootcamp, HIIT, Kickboxing, Pole, Barre, Yoga, Pilates and so many more! We also offer Rise and Grind an early morning bootcamp from 5:15 - 5:45 am! And if you are interested in Small Group Training, we have that too, be sure to check out our Strong Girl Training aka SGT classes! Both the Rise and Grind and run in 6 week sessions. All of our instructors are nationally certified and experienced and together they create the Team of Awesome! We keep things interesting with holiday Sweat Fests for the whole family.
