I'm happy to offer a beginner's Ashtanga Yoga Retreat at Andrea Ziegler's beautiful Casa Ziggy. It's a small, intimate venue, and we'll be learning a personal yoga practice in a group of 8-10 students maximum. There will be lots of personal attention and, of course, the most beautiful sunsets.
