HORMONAL IMBALANCE REMEDY

Common symptoms of hormonal imbalance are familiar to women as irregular menstrual cycle, chronic acne, vaginal dryness, low libido, depression, fatigue, abnormal weight gain, abnormal breast changes etc. Below is an easy home remedy to get rid of hormonal imbalance.

INGREDIENTS
• Pineapple peelings
• Lemon
• Ginger
• Cabbage

PROCEDURE
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. Cut 3 lemons into 4 equal parts, slice 5 ginger, cut 1 medium size cabbage, peel of the back of 1 big pineapple. Put all the ingredients in a clean pot and boil for 30-45mins with 2 litres of water.

DOSAGE
Drink ½ glass first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed.
