Still thinking about our New Year's ResolYOUtion event!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to welcome 2024 with relaxation and rejuvenation! The energy was so good, and we're overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who was present.

A special shoutout to our amazing partners at for hosting two yoga classes that focus on mindful movement and breathing! We love working with Humble Warrior Collective because they provide trauma informed yoga classes. This means that our classes are safe for anyone who has experienced trauma, has an injury, or needs special accommodations. We truly believe yoga should be a practice that is accessible to everyone and we love that Humble Warrior Collective makes that possible in Tulsa!

We would also like the thank Andrew with for hosting one Qigong class and three group acupuncture sessions! Qi gong is similar to Tai Chi and uses simple poses to move "Qi" or energy through your body. Qigong focuses on slow purposeful movements that are less focused on balance and strength than yoga.

We can't forget about our in house massage therapists for providing free services at our event as well!

We offer body services out of our office and at our wellbeing events because we believe that healing should include your mind AND body!

We can't wait for our next wellbeing event 🥳

Thank you for attending our New Year's ResolYOUtion event yesterday!

We had so much fun ringing in the New Year with you all!

We are feeling the benefits of starting the New Year with self-care and we hope you are too. At our event we had two yoga classes, 1 Qigong class, 3 chances for acupuncture, chair massages, and wellbeing workshops that discussed sleep, sobriety, and self-care!

At Synergy Wellbeing our mission is to build a community around wellbeing that goes beyond talk therapy and includes movement, self-care, and community. We are loving building a community around healing and are so glad you are a part of it!

Traveling, spending time with family, cooking, and creating Holiday magic can be exhausting.

If you're feeling a little tired after the holiday weekend, you are not alone! A change in routine and extra social time can take a toll on our nervous systems. Luckily, a little self-care can help us get back to a calm and regulated place before we step in to 2024.

Self-care is more than bubble baths and splurging on your favorite little treats. Self-care is a holistic approach to maintaining and enhancing your overall well-being, encompassing actions and practices that prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional health. It involves making intentional choices to nurture yourself and create a healthy balance in your life.

We want to share free self-care practices with our community this New Years Day through our New Year's ResolYOUtion event. Join us on New Year's Day from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm for free yoga, massage, Qigong, acupuncture, and wellbeing workshops.

Deep rest is a crucial component of overall wellbeing and you can get it from more ways than just sleep!

Deep rest involves achieving a state of relaxation that allows the body and mind to recover, repair, and rejuvenate. During deep rest, the body undergoes physiological processes that contribute to physical and mental health. Including; cellular repair, hormonal balance, and immune system support.

Some ways that you can get deep rest are through:

Maintaining a regular sleep routine to regulate your body's internal clock.

Creating a Relaxing Environment by ensuring your space is comfortable, quiet, and conducive to relaxation.

Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Practice techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to calm the mind.

Limit stimulants by reducing caffeine and screen time.

Before starting 2024 get some deep rest with us at Synergy Wellbeing on New Year's day!

We will be offering free yoga, Qigong, acupuncture, and massage that will all provide you with deep rest.

We will also be offering wellbeing workshops that will give you tips on how to take the feeling of deep rest in to the New Year!

Announcing our movement schedule for New Year's ResolYOUtion!

All movement classes are designed for beginners and those who have never tried yoga or are looking for a gentle yoga practice. There will not be challenging poses and the classes are appropriate for those with injuries or special requirements.

If you've never tried yoga or Qigong before and are looking for a welcoming enviroment to see if it is something you might like, this is the perfect day to try it. Our classes focus on calming poses and relaxing movements to give you an overall sense of wellbeing. You can get all of the benefits of yoga with simple movements focused on breathing! Come check it out!
