I know, it has been a while since you heard from me.
If you’ve ever tried to build a concept, a brand, or a business, you’ll know it’s rarely a straight road.
There are twists, turns, and plenty of lessons along the way — and that’s definitely been true for me on my SugarDrop journey.
Over the years, I’ve tested different ways to share what I truly believe is an effective approach to losing weight and managing blood sugar naturally.
It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding — especially seeing so many people become healthier, leaner, and even reverse their diabetes.
Now, as we move into 2026, I’m thrilled to be launching something I’ve poured my heart into: the SugarDrop app, built around my SugarPoints Smart Nutrition system.
