🤫 Confession. I haven’t been open to the general public since 2018.
I don’t talk about it often because I don’t want to come off like an as***le.
At this time the Wait List sits at 350+ requests to date.
No, I’m not hiring and I’m not interested in hiring…if you’d like to know why you can scroll a few posts back and I explain why. 🤗
My regular clients and their referrals are my priority and they keep me booked and busy. 🙏🏻
I rarely have cancellations and can only take a new client if a regular client cancels.
Sincerely, I’m grateful for the overwhelming interest in my business and what I have to offer. I mainly post to promote my classes to other Licensed Professionals and because I’ve also started making passive income on social media.
If you’d like to sign up for the waitlist to possibly become a client in the future there is a direct link in my linktree on Instagram and I will post the link below for Facebook.
Thank you again for being here, I appreciate each of you. 👣♥️✨

I love , let me count the ways. ♥️🌿✨ It’s not just ingredients she throws in a bottle, every single ingredient is sourced. It’s heart centered. It’s intentional. It’s a vibration.
There’s so much love for Mother Earth 🌍 and for Grandmother ocean 🌊 in every single bottle of plant spirit medicine 🌱 she sends into the world.
Before sourcing was cool, before fair wages was even a thing the mainstream was talking about…out here in the wild was Laurel making a change for the better in the beauty industry and for the world as a whole.
When you shop online or with your local LWPO partner Estie, your dollars are making a positive impact on humanity and our earth. 🫶🏻

Woooo…ya’ll 😅 I just delivered 3.5 hours of absolute bliss to one of my favorite muses.
The whole time all I could think is “I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am rich, I am THAT bissshhh.” 🙏🏻♥️
The Empress ✨:
You’re greeted with an Astro-herbal foot soak prepared in house during the most beneficial astrological transits, a light mist of aromatherapy swirls around you and invites you to a draw a Oracle card to receive a loving message from the universe.
Laying quietly on an infrared gem infused chakra mat, your treatment begins with an ancient and invigorating Ayurvedic beauty ritual to stimulate the bodies lymphatic system. An attunement by a Tibetan sound healing bowl hums as it’s placed over the Chakra’s.
Cupping Therapy is then applied to specified areas to encourage the movement of Qi. Followed by an intuitive and eclectic Ashiatsu blend to the back of the body.
Turning over, a warm flaxseed pillow and cool eye mask gently tuck you in. Warm Bamboo tools are heated to the perfect temperature and sweep your tension away.
Your session concludes as Palo Santo swirls around you and invites your spirit to let go of negativity. Followed by a luxury Whole Plant Organic facial experience like no other, crafted lovingly and specifically for your skin needs.

The mean girl mentality in our industry. Let’s talk about it. 💁🏼♀️
Soooo...raise your hand 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏿♀️ if you’ve ever felt personally victimized, shamed, made to feel less than or maybe even (I hate this word y’all 😖) stupid because you had less or a different experience, didn’t know an answer or maybe God forbid you would have approached a client based on your training differently than your peers? Side note: I left A LOT of Facebook groups because of this.
So first off let me just say nobody likes a know-it-all. Second of all, I can’t stand a bully. 👊🏻 I have personally been shamed in a public setting by another practitioner who I looked up to and admired in front of other colleagues. This person made me feel so, so small. It hurt & I still have moments where I struggle with confidence because of what they said to me.
Listen 🗣 there is power in words and actions. When you treat someone like 💩 that person can and will most likely carry your words with them the rest of their life.
There are plenty of people I have to engage with in real life that aren’t my cup ☕️ of coffee but I’m still kind. 🙏🏻♥️
Remember, other practitioners are your sisters & brothers. Gas those folks up. ⛽️ 🙌🏻 Praise them. Share with them. And remember kindness is f’ing free. 🤓
And if you want to sit 🪑 at my table, there’s room for everyone unless you’re unkind & just know I’ll call you out on it if I witness it. 💆🏿💆🏼♀️💆🏽♀️💆🏻♀️💆🏿♀️💆🏾

THAI HERBAL POULTICE ✨:
Benefits: Deep Heat for Muscle Relaxation, Stimulates Lymphatic System, Stretching to Increase Range of Motion
Thai poultice dates back to the 14th century and to this day is considered an integral part of Thai traditional medicine.
A warm compress of cinnamon and camphor is massaged into the body and alleviates aches, pains, stimulates circulation, increases lymphatic drainage and releases stagnant energy in the body.
A flow of passive, active and assisted stretches increases your range of motion and flexibility.
Your session concludes as a lavish warm oil blend of Sweet Orange and Vetiver is brushed over your skin to hydrate, nourish, uplift and refresh you.

This post is inspired by my sweet friend , our instructor in Minnesota. ❄️
She’s a literal powerhouse and one of the hardest working women I know. She’s an amazing wife, mother, chicken 🐓 and pug Mama and a teacher who pours her all into her students and her local Massage community.
Stephanie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 28 years with a focus on Adhesion Release & Barefoot Massage, specifically working with professional athletes in the NHL.
Stephanie and I work with very different demographics in regard to our client base, but she has become a source of inspiration to chase even my wildest dreams. To aspire to become the best Massage Therapist I can possibly become. That investing in your education and in yourself is the absolute best investment one could make. 🙏🏻
Stephanie wrote a post recently about clapping for your friends wins that really resonated with me. It was about focusing on the support you have and not the people who don’t and I want to celebrate her and her outstanding accomplishments.
Stephanie also recently shared she has 5 NHL players who are competing in the Olympics and I think that’s an incredible testament to how hard she works for her clients. 💪👣♥️
I hope you’ll join me by celebrating my friend and her many accomplishments with a follow and a kind comment.
May we all aspire to be as resilient, strong, kind and committed to our craft as Massage Therapist’s as Stephanie. 🥹🫶🏻
If you have a LMT that you follow that inspires you, I’d love to see you tag them below and if you feel called to it, to write a post and clap for your friends.

If I come to receive a service from you and you know who I am and what I do for a living…no mam you do not. 😆
If another LMT is coming to you for a service respect that at that time they are a paying client so while they’re laying on your table, treat them as such. If you want to pick their brain for business advice schedule a coffee date and pay them their hourly rate.
Same thing goes for your Dr, Dentist, Chiropractor, Hair Stylist, Lawyer etc clients. If you want to seek their expert advice, schedule with them and pay for their time. When they are on your table they are your client and paying you for YOUR expertise. Respect that.
And while I’m at it…have you ever been to an event and someone says “Hey so and so, this is (insert your name) and she/he/they do massages.” and that person says “Oh, hey! I have knot in my back can you work it out?” And then they assume the position 🤣 like you’re actually gonna do something about it right there in front of everyone.
Don’t be that person. It’s awkward and kind of weird. 😜 If you want to schedule a service, take their info and book an appointment. ✌🏻

I've always been a free-spirited flower child, born in the wrong era my mom says. As a child, I loved making floral crowns for all the other girls in the neighborhood, spending hours laying in the front yard gazing at the clouds floating by, searching for 4 leaf clovers, and always on the look out for all things magic in my Gramma's garden.
Fast forward to my early twenties and I was struggling to find my path. I worked in retail and was a bartender for several years and while it provided me much needed personal growth, I found it wasn't fulfilling my need to really connect with people. I knew I wanted to go back to school but was wise enough to know traditional college wasn't for me. Growing up, I enjoyed giving my mom massages when she came home from working long hours (As single mothers usually do) and with her gentle push to explore a local Massage school, I quickly became fascinated with studying mind, body and spirit connections.
I graduated from Career Training Solutions in 2004, returned to school to earn my Associates in Massage Therapy from Heritage Institute in 2007 and graduated in 2008. I'm a Board Certified Massage Therapist with the NCBTMB and am also a Licensed Massage Therapist with the Virginia Board of Nursing. I've worked in a variety of settings from Medical Massage Clinics, Wellness Centers, Day Spas and High end Hair & Make-Up Studios. In recent years I've also worked with several popular artists, my most noted work has been with the "The What Makes You Country" and "Kill The Lights" tours. I've furthered my education by studying FasciAshi with the Center for Barefoot Massage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (Later re-named DeepFeet Bar Therapy) Basics & Advanced Master Techniques, Ashi-Thai, Sarga Bodywork, Gua Sha Face Lift, Thai Herbal Poultice Facial Techniques, LWPO Lymphatic Drainage, Fijian, Bamboo Fusion, Lomi-Lomi, Abyhanga, Swedana, Garshana, Shirodhara, Champissage, Naysa, Ayurvedic Hot & Cold Stone Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Body Treatments, and Prenatal. My passion is ancient Massage, Beauty and Body rituals and I'm consistently searching for techniques to study and add to my practice.
After my husband and I welcomed our son in June of 2015, and because I've always had an interest in skincare passed down to me by my Grandmother (She says there's 3 things a girl should spend her money on cute shoes, linens and skincare) I decided I wanted to further my education by exploring Aesthetics. I graduated from Clarity Beauty Academy in 2016 and am a Licensed Esthetician through the Virginia Board of Cosmetology. I’ve also completed a course in Master Esthetics. I knew right away from my studies in Massage and passion for Ayurveda, I wanted to focus on the philosophy behind Slow Beauty by sharing the practice of daily self-care rituals with Whole Plant Based Products (Enter Laurel Whole Plant Organics) with my clients. Aesthetics has brought a unique balance between the muscles and skin to my practice and has opened doors to explore other healing techniques such as Crystal Healing and Plant Medicine into my personal life and studies.
When I'm not in the studio creating customized beauty and wellness rituals for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and family. I can often be found in the kitchen dancing barefoot and dabbling in Italian cuisine, and my bedside table is always littered with a stack of books and crystals.
