I am a 500 hour, Yoga Alliance Certified, yoga instructor. I am also an advanced sound practitioner specializing in Holosonic Sound Therapy and Alchemy Crystal Quartz Bowl Sound Baths. I have a passion for understanding the power of the body and for learning how to create an optimal environment so the body can thrive, heal and function the way nature intended it to. Expanding your being in this way allows personal healing and true transformation to begin. Over the past 11 years, I have studied under renowned instructors and medical professionals from around the world. As such, I have learned a wide variety of gentle techniques and practices accessible to everyone. I strive to create a space where everyone feels supported and safe. I offer a unique experience that encompasses aspects of the many modalities I have studied and practiced over the years. My sessions are designed to open you up to your fullest potential, to help free you from whatever is holding you back and to encourage you to recognize and manifest your dreams and passions with intention. By breaking old unwanted patterns of behaviour, you are resetting the physical, emotional and mental body into perfect peace and harmony. I’m currently offering one weekly Sound Bath in Courtenay.
