I earned my yoga teaching certification through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA in 2010. I currently live in Valencia, Spain and love the community of international yogis we've created through our classes. Classes are currently held weekly on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the riverbed near the City of Arts and Sciences. Online classes to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon are also offered. Stay updated on Facebook for class times and cancelations. I also host events at various restaurants in the city (Yoga and Wine, Yoga and Brunch, Full Moon Yoga at the Beach, etc) and international yoga retreats. 🌑Our next nourishing online session is coming up on Thursday. We'll begin with card pulling and guided journaling, followed by a gentle flow and yin yoga with a focus on the water element, tapping into the deep, sensitive energies of Scorpio. All levels are welcome to join us for this practice, from the comfort of your own home.

💻 Online yoga sessions are offered via Zoom, at open pricing, so you can choose what you're able to contribute. If you're not able to join us live, the recording is also available. Just register for the session and I'll send you the recording of the live class on Thursday night.

🎨 Embroidery class! Learn embroidery techniques from and embroider your own tote bag. Bring along a snack to share for a potluck picnic and good vibes with new friends. This portion of the event is 20€- reservations are required. Please message me to reserve your spot so we can prepare the materials.

Our Inscape Journey next summer, July 2-7, 2026 is designed as a slow-living retreat. Space in your day to explore the stunning beaches of this lesser-known Croatian island. Time to relax in the shady gardens of our retreat center, an artistic family-owned estate. Moments shared with new friends floating on the sea during a private boat trip, sipping wine at a local winery, or trying out the local fare at a beachside tavern.

A women's retreat designed around connection. A nature-forward retreat with all the usual comforts of our Inscape Journeys. Cozy and comfortable apartments on a gorgeous estate where our hosts, a local family, will provide insights to all of the island's treasures, as well as home-cooked meals with fresh vegetarian ingredients. Daily yoga and journaling sessions in our beautiful indoor studio and at the beach. Island excursions exploring the coastline, caves and beaches. Local wine tasting and village visits. Free time to relax. And so much laughter.
