✨ Entering 2026 softly.
Not with rules.
Not with punishment.
Not with another promise to “do better.”
But with curiosity.
What if this year you didn’t fix your body…
but listened to it?
What if instead of restricting foods,
you allowed them—
and noticed what happened when you slowed down enough to taste?
🍓 Savouring each bite.
🍞 Eating without urgency.
🫶 Feeling your body instead of overriding it.
This is what mindful eating actually looks like.
Not perfection.
Not discipline.
Presence.
And here’s what I know—
after 25 years in practice and 6 years deep in intuitive eating and embodiment work:
➡️ Restriction doesn’t create freedom.
➡️ Control doesn’t create trust.
➡️ Diets don’t create expansion.
But intuitive eating does.
And so does intuitive living.
When you eat intuitively, you begin to live intuitively.
You stop abandoning yourself.
You start responding instead of reacting.
You expand—gently, sustainably, honestly.
2026 doesn’t need a harder version of you.
It needs a more connected one.
