My hope with this page, is that I can share some valuable information from my studies in counselling and Psychotherapy.
I know therapy can feel overwhelming and intense, which is why I’m here to introduce you to Walk & Talk Therapy, due to its ability to take the pressure out of the therapy hour. I often find myself struck by something that I read or hear, thinking of someone who really needs to hear it. This page is an attempt to make mental health recourses more accessible and digestible. It will also keep me accountable to digest more of what I consume as I read, if I intend to relay it's usefulness back to you, so I thank you for this.
