One of the gnarliest hikes we did.
The first hour, it was pouring rain on us. After that, the rain turned into hail. Like a thousand needles, the hail was shooting at us with the wind speed of up to 100 km/h.
It was insane. Our mountain guid who has led over Wim Hof hiking groups also said that this was one of his toughest hikes.
More than one participant had serious doubts if it would be possible to make it to the top.
But the intensity brought out the best of the group. I have rarely experienced this level of mutual support, encouragement and the power of believe.
Of course we have prepared and trained for this in the first 3 days of the retreat. It is still remarkable to me that it possible to accomplish such an adventure with such short time of preparation.
I think it is only possible through the group support and the strong loving hearts inside of our chests.
We met as strangers and said goodbye as friends.
You don’t need to be superhuman in order to do these things. I remember how scared I was before hiking the first time without a shirt on an icy mountain.
But we are stronger than we think.
Don’t let limiting beliefs stop you from living bold!
