As the seasons change, so should our routines. Here’s how you can integrate meditation and Pilates into your spring self-care regimen for vitality and clarity.

Start your morning off with a 5 minute meditation, focus on your breath and notice how you can calm your mind by anchoring into your breath. Then move into a 10 minute Pilates flow. It doesn't need to take up tons of time, the trick is consistency. Try to add this to your routine a few times a week or everyday! 🌼🔄
