This post isn’t intended to make you feel like you need to be eating this, only posting as an idea of balanced macronutrients. Macronutrients are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Having the right balance is key for sustainable energy through out the day.

Salmon whole grain toast with goat cheese topped with oregano and my favorite, lemon thyme.
Side salad 🥗 of mixed greens and Brussel sprouts with balsamic, olive oil 🫒,grated cheese🧀, walnuts, and cherry tomatoes🍅.
Grapefruit and dessert of two chocolate covered tahini stuffed dates 🍫🤤
I also make sure I’m listening to my body between meals and eating some balanced snacks. 🍿🥟🍌🍊🥜🥐
