This post isn’t intended to make you feel like you need to be eating this, only posting as an idea of balanced macronutrients. Macronutrients are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Having the right balance is key for sustainable energy through out the day.

Everyone’s body’s are different and this can look different depending on your body, schedule, and health. Do what works for you!

Salmon whole grain toast with goat cheese topped with oregano and my favorite, lemon thyme.

Side salad 🥗 of mixed greens and Brussel sprouts with balsamic, olive oil 🫒,grated cheese🧀, walnuts, and cherry tomatoes🍅.

Grapefruit and dessert of two chocolate covered tahini stuffed dates 🍫🤤

I also make sure I’m listening to my body between meals and eating some balanced snacks. 🍿🥟🍌🍊🥜🥐

Hydrating Super Fruit Bowls.

Did you know that the typical frozen açaí you buy in the store has a lot of added sugar?

You can make your own açaí bowls that taste just like it by adding fruits like blueberries and passion fruit. They’re also packed with antioxidants! 🫐

Some fun toppings include strawberries, bananas, bee pollen, honey or vegan sweetener, seeds, and granola.

Bowl Ingredients: (makes three small bowls)
1/2 c Dragon fruit
1/2 c Passion fruit
1/2 c Blueberries
1/2 c Aloe Vera
1/2 - 1 cup Soy milk

**I used all frozen fruits / aloe Vera

Topping Ingredients: (for three small bowls)
1/2 c frozen cherries, thawed
1-2 banana, sliced
1 c strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp. Granola
3 tsp bee pollen
3 tsp honey
3 tsp h**p seeds
1 tbsp diced mint

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in bullet or blender, add more milk to allow even blending. Add toppings of choice.
