"WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY MASSAGE?"
^^The most common question I am asked, explained to the best of my ability! This topic can feel awkward to discuss, but it doesn't have to be! Comment below or DM if you need clarification, or have follow up questions!

"What should I wear during my massage?"
Comfort is key. For Craniosacral, you may remain fully clothed. For Swedish Eclectic and Therapeutic massage, wear as little clothing as you are comfortable with, and remove all jewelry. Most women feel comfortable to remove their bras. Many people feel most comfortable with their underwear left on, while others feel comfortable completely n**e. I can work around/through any clothing that brings you security. If you don't feel secure, you will not relax, and I cannot do my work. So PLEASE make yourself comfortable!
"What would YOU be most comfortable with?"
Your nudity will not make me uncomfortable, and your decision to remain clothed will not offend me. Thank you for thinking of me, but please make this decision based on your own comfort.
"Why is less clothing better?"
Little-to-no clothing allows me to access muscles and attachment points to give the best treatment. Elastic bands, pockets, belts loops, and extra or thick fabric can be challenging to work around, and tend to dilute the pressure and detail that are applied.
"I understand, but I still want to leave some clothes on."
That is completely okay! Above all else, you should feel secure. Let me reassure you that your clothing is a boundary line that will not be pushed or crossed, and I am happy that you choose to be an advocate for your comfort.
With your boundaries as your guide, please take the following into consideration. Please wear loose-fitting athletic clothes. Avoid wearing clothing that is high waisted, thick material like denim, or has pockets, belt loops, collars, etc. If you are leaving your underwear on, consider allowing them to sit just below the ASIS, or your hip bone, in order to access your low back region.
