✨💫 Honoring the vibrant, intentional force
Performer | Choreographer | Movement Teacher | Visual Design Director

Monique is a vessel of spirit, movement, and transformation. Her presence carries healing, joy, and sacred intention into every room she enters.

A Las Vegas native with a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Monique has spent her life weaving healing and artistry into one seamless offering — touching lives both in therapy spaces and on stages.

She is the founder of Body Moves by ME, a high-energy fitness experience in Imperial Beach that ignites body confidence and joyful freedom. Through Modupe Designs, her handmade African cloth earrings honor ancestry and amplify self-expression.

Monique is an original cast member and Visual Design Director of Black Girl Bloom and Abundant Praise. She is also our rehearsal manager and a constant, grounding support to both the cast and to me throughout this entire process.

A mother of three and a woman deeply rooted in purpose, every class she leads, every piece she creates, and every performance she gives becomes a ceremony of self-love, resilience, and radiant joy.

We are grateful for the care, energy, and vision Monique brings to this work.

✨Honoring the powerful, visionary artist
Dancer | Choreographer | Teaching Artist | Singer

I’ve had the privilege of watching Ron dance for many years, and I can say without hesitation — he is a force. His artistry, intention, and presence are undeniable. He is the next big thing in the dance industry, and I am deeply grateful to be dancing alongside him in this chapter.

Ron began his dance journey over 20 years ago with the transcenDANCE Youth Arts Project performing group, where his passion for movement and storytelling was first nurtured. He later studied at The University of the Arts as a Modern Dance Performance major, deepening his artistic voice and technical foundation.

A San Diego native, Ron is a multidisciplinary artist — dancer, choreographer, singer, and dedicated teaching artist and choreographer with transcenDANCE Youth Arts Project. His work is rooted in purpose, often exploring social and economic realities through dance to spark meaningful dialogue and help bridge gaps in humanity.

This performance marks Ron’s powerful return to the stage after a long hiatus — carrying years of lived experience, artistry, and renewed creative fire

🌊Dancing with the waves. Moving with the wind.
Letting nature hold me while I listen to what moves me.

🌲This is one of the ways I fellowship, ground, and connect with the divine — in my body, in the open, without apology. At the beach, in parks, in living rooms… praise meets me wherever I am willing to be present.

🌱In Praise Is Who I Am, I share how nature became a sacred space for me to return to myself.

✨💫Honoring the intentional, faith-rooted mover
Dancer | Choreographer | College Student | Praise Artist

Aaliyah’s dance journey began in the church, where praise dance became the foundation of her movement and expression. She began formal dance training in eighth grade and continued expanding her artistry through self-study and inspiration from artists such as Michael Jackson and Aaliyah.

Blending praise dance with the styles she has explored, Aaliyah views movement as worship, storytelling, and connection. She brings a teachable spirit, intention, and a genuine love for glorifying God through dance into every space she enters.

We are grateful for the sincerity, joy, and devotion Aaliyah brings to Abundant Praise.
