Hi Everyone,

I’m so sorry for the late notice but I’m currently at QA hospital due to a medical emergency with my Nan so tonight’s Reiki class will unfortunately need to be canceled. Thank you so much for your understanding. I’ll be updating everyone individually as soon as I can.

Our Mindful Evenings are a chance to pause, breathe and take a little time for yourself. Held on the second Thursday of each month, these relaxed sessions explore different approaches to wellbeing, from meditation and reiki to breathwork and sound.
