🤸Be sure you're warmed up for this one! Try a few cat/cows & sun salutations first.
🤸‍♀️ Cross- legged and twisted push-ups are asymmetrical - those are hard for me! Workin' on it.
🤸‍♂️ Twists are great for the spine and this hip release sequence helps move the hips in external, internal, flexion, & extention.
🤸I'm falling over on the first side in the balancing fallen triangle. Whoops! A more accessible variation is to activate your leg's inner adductor to simply lift the leg.

And here's a 2 min clip filmed at for the Low Back and Outer Hips. The side bending and cross legs help release tightness.
🎁 Be sure to cross the thighs not ankles, bend your knees if needed, and use blocks under your hands for balance, or under hips to sit if necessary.
