#3 Treats
Yes to (occasional) summer treats…no to all-or-nothing guilt
1️⃣Choose the treat because you really want it NOT because your hungry. If you're hungry try and choose something to nourish you. Eating treats when hungry can increase the overall amount you will consume!
2️⃣ A treat is an occasional food, not daily - even on holiday. Over indulging when on holiday can lead to unintentional weight gain often resulting in restrictive diets when you get home.
3️⃣ Enjoy it slowly and mindfully - enjoy each bite
⚖️ A treat can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet but only if they truly are a treat (ie occasional)
🍭Even nutritionists enjoy an ice lolly on holiday!!
